The Sinatur Hotel Frederiksdal is situated approx. 20 km north of Copenhagen. The infra structure from both Airport and Main Central Station is very good and trains run frequently.
If you are arriving by air: take the Metro from the Airport to Nørreport Station. From there you change to the S-Train either the B or the E direction Holte or Hillerød. Get off at Lyngby Station and take the bus number 191 direction Sorgenfri Station which stops right outside the Hotel.
Important: There are a couple of things to remember when you travel by train and bus in Denmark. First of all, remember to buy a ticket from the ticket office at the Airport. A ticket from the Airport to the Hotel costs DKK 72 - it it possible to use ´major credit cards. The fines for not having a valid ticket are astronomical!! The ticket will take you all the way to the hotel, so no need to pay extra during the trip.
Another important thing is that if you arrive around 8PM then the Nørreport Station will be closed for S-Trains due to major construction works and in that case you have to get on a Regional Train from the Airport - direction Helsingør - get off at Hellerup Station and from there take the B-Train (direction Hillerød) and get off at Lyngby Station.
