Registration

The registration fee and the hotel are paid by the participants themselves, unless other arrangements have been made with the organizers. The price for full board and lodgings for the duration of the stay is (this includes tuition fees): 

Single room: DKK 4,467

Double room: DKK 4,267

to be paid directly to the Hotel Frederiksdal when leaving.

To register for the Workshop, please send an email to Dorte Glass (dorte.glass@fysik.dtu.dk) stating:

1. Date of arrival
2. Date of departure
3. Sharing a room with .....
4. Special dietary needs

We will take care of the room reservation at the Hotel Frederiksdal.

Please also note that the price for the board and lodgings does not include beverages enjoyed at meals and/or evenings!
