Goldschmidt 2025 Conference

The Goldschmidt 2025 Conference, the world’s premier event in geochemistry, took place in Prague from July 6–11, drawing nearly 5,000 scientists from across the globe. Among the attendees was the 13-member BioMineralisation group led by Susan Stipp. All group members, except the principal investigator, actively contributed through talks or poster presentations, underscoring the group’s strong engagement with the global geochemical community.

Covering a wide spectrum of topics—from cosmochemistry and mineralogy to planetary science and environmental geochemistry—the conference featured a dynamic mix of oral and poster sessions, workshops, short courses, and exhibitions. Instrument companies and academic publishers also showcased their latest innovations, while networking events fostered collaboration across disciplines.
